Life on earth relies on the atmosphere. So it's only natural that it affects us too, isn't it? That's why I align vineyard & cellar work with the lunar cycle.

Sorcery? Absolutely not. After all, there is also high and low tide. We only plant the vines when the moon is waning, and the wine is only drawn off and filled at full moon. Why is that? I'd be happy to explain that to you over a glass of wine.
